If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, or it is not the item you ordered, please report it within 7 days of delivery by email, giving the order number and some photos of the problem, and we send you a prepaid label at no charge. Standard delivery is free on every order sent to an address in the United Kingdom. We need 1 to 3 working days to prepare and pack your order, and the carrier then takes 6 to 8 working days, which makes 7 to 11 working days from order to doorstep.
